What do you choose?

Group classes

A group lesson is a gentle Feldenkrais movement class in which you explore new movement possibilities together with others. Each lesson is different, designed to help you move more smoothly, lightly, and with less pain. You learn to sense your body with attention, and each class is adapted to what your system needs. After the lesson, you often feel freer and more connected to yourself.

Individual session

In an individual session you receive personal guidance. Together we explore the specific movement challenges you’re facing. Through gentle touch and small movements, I help your body remember how things can feel when there’s more ease and space. This process increases your awareness, allowing you to move more smoothly, lightly, and freely. An individual session offers extra depth and can be a beautiful complement to the group lessons.
