Here you can download your free Awareness Through Movement lessons and a guide. If you don’t yet have experience with Feldenkrais group classes, please read the guide first. It contains tips on how to get more out of the lessons.
Sliding hand and knee forward in side-lying
This movement is done lying on your side, preferably on the floor on a mat or blanket, but if needed you can do it in bed. The aim of the lesson is to let the different parts of the movement work together more and better. Better cooperation means moving more smoothly and lightly.
This lesson is done sitting and gives you more space to look around when you’re in the car or on a bicycle. At the same time, you’ll notice that you can sit in a more dynamic and easier way, which is interesting for anyone who works at a computer.
It contains tips you can use during the lessons to increase their effect.
It’s best to read this first before doing a lesson, unless you already have experience with Feldenkrais lessons. You can find the guide here
